Debbie Rabishaw joins Beghou Consulting as head of human resources
EVANSTON, Ill. – July 7, 2020 – Life sciences consulting firm Beghou Consulting recently hired experienced human resources professional Debbie Rabishaw as its head of human resources. Rabishaw brings nearly three decades of HR experience and an extensive background in the health care industry.

Rabishaw previously served as vice president of human resources at IKS Health, a health care solutions provider, and led the human resources practice at Patina Solutions, an executive consulting firm. As a consultant at Patina, she served as interim vice president of human resources at American Hospice, as well as Norwegian American Hospital. Rabishaw also worked in senior HR roles at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care in Chicago and Baptist Memorial Health Care in Memphis, Tennessee.
In 2019, Rabishaw was named a Power 50 Award recipient by the National Diversity Council for her commitment to advancing diversity, exemplifying leadership and demonstrating corporate responsibility in her workplace and community. She has comprehensive experience in organizational growth, talent management, and building HR teams in entrepreneurial organizations.

Rabishaw earned a master’s degree in labor and employment relations from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, and organizational behavior from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and based in the firm’s Evanston, Illinois, headquarters.
