Beghou Consulting names directors of data engineering and software engineering to enhance firm’s technology platforms for biopharma commercial teams
EVANSTON, Ill. – Sept. 9, 2021 – Beghou Consulting recently promoted Jason Keglovitz and Carl Onak, experienced data and software engineers, to director. As director of software engineering, Keglovitz will oversee the addition of new features and capabilities to Mainsail, Beghou’s cloud-based application platform that enables users to conveniently manage data, commercial tactics, and reporting. As director of data engineering, Onak will spearhead enhancements to ARMADA, Beghou’s cloud-based data management and analytics platform.
“Jason and Carl are proven data and technology experts who have played a key role in developing Mainsail and ARMADA and deploying these platforms to our biopharma industry clients,” said Chris Berg, partner at Beghou Consulting. “In their new roles, they will help us continue improving these platforms to meet the evolving commercial needs of our clients.”
Keglovitz has more than 15 years of experience in software development. As a leader on Beghou’s Mainsail team, he oversees enhancements to the platform, including mobile app development and optimization, as well as integrations with third-party technology platforms. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematical methods in the social sciences from Northwestern University.

In seven years at Beghou Consulting, Onak has played a key role in the development of ARMADA. He oversees updates to the platform designed to help clients more easily find, manipulate and analyze data. Onak earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Rice University and a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
