Now, the firm is pleased to announce that it’s a certified “Great Place to Work,” as rated by 89% of surveyed Beghou team members within the U.S., an assessment that far exceeds the average Great Place to Work rating from employees (57%) at a typical U.S.-based company. Great Place to Work certifications compare participating organizations to workplace cultures all over the world based on real-time employee survey findings and more than 30 years of research.

Notably, 97% of U.S.-based Beghou employees surveyed reported that they felt welcomed when they first joined the company. Additionally, 96% of those surveyed reported that Beghou allows employees to take time off when necessary and that management is both ethical and honest in business practices. Further, most employees expressed that they believe in the work they do, as 100% of those surveyed at Beghou feel that their life science customers would rate the services they deliver as “excellent.”
This is Beghou’s first time participating in the Great Place to Work certification process.
