What’s your favorite part of working at Beghou?
“My favorite part of working at Beghou is the people and supportive environment. Every time I ask someone for help, even if that person is on a different client or project, they’re always willing to offer insight and advice. Even as we have grown and expanded over the years, the culture that initially drew me to Beghou eight years ago is still present today.”
What are your hobbies outside of work?
“I love exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around Chicago. I also love traveling with my family. And, one of my favorite hobbies is sports – everything from attending games to playing in fantasy football leagues. During the COVID-19 lockdown, my husband and I started watching Formula 1 racing. We’ve gotten so into it over the past year that we have plans to travel to Miami next year for a live race!
”
Why did you decide to work at Beghou?
“After studying industrial engineering and managerial sciences, I knew I wanted to work with data and numbers. After exploring the consulting industry, I was drawn to Beghou because of its size and culture. It was not a firm that appeared cut-throat or internally competitive and seemed like a place where I could excel and get my footing as I started my career.”
Where is your favorite place to travel?
“Italy will always have a soft spot in my heart. I went with my family when I was younger, then again on my honeymoon two years ago. I love all of the different food, wines and regions that it offers. We plan to go back and visit many times in the future.”
What’s a typical day for you at work? How do you prefer to start and end each day?
“I’ve remained at Beghou for eight years because there isn’t a typical day – each day looks different! But usually, the day consists of a couple of hours of administrative tasks such as project management or client meetings to touch-base on progress, projects or broader goals. The rest of the day is spent on client work. For example, I am working with one client on a targeting project to help determine the most valuable HCPs. We run through different scenarios and evaluate doctors, using SaaS technology, to determine if they should be on the target list. I also use Beghou’s technology platforms – Meridian and Mainsail – to help clients with everything from sales force alignment to incentive compensation strategies.”
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
“My mom was a pediatrician, so I wanted to follow in her footsteps and become a doctor.”
